Cast your mind back to the good ol' days of your childhood. Can you recall the very first spark of creativity within you? That's the magical beginning of your epic tale! Was it a sudden burst of inspiration or a slow unfolding of events over time? Maybe it was laying eyes on breathtaking art, or being mesmerized by nature's wonders? Or was it the thrilling moment you got your hands on art materials in school? Perhaps you were lucky to have artsy family members who let you join in on their creative adventures from a young age. Revisit these thoughts and emotions, they are deeply connected to your desire, need, and ability to create.
I encourage you to actually treat this as an assignment. Think, ruminate, and write your thoughts and experiences as best you can remember. It doesn't have to be perfect. I believe you'll be surprised when you visit the little child version of yourself and find out which artistic dreams and goals that precious little one is still holding on to. 💛
